Thin ice shimmers on the mini pond. Minute snowflakes float down like dust. Biting cold nips my fingers as I fill the bird feeders. Winter fights back.

I remember (not often though) when I lived in New York or New Jersey that there was even snow in April!!
I suppose I ought to put my coat on and fill up my feeders before the ‘snow (the ‘no-no’) starts 🙂
