    Ah… I was just reading that the best temp for sleeping was 68 F or 20 C.
    Not always possible. My home is pretty much all electric and I used to keep the house at 78 F and concede on really hot days to 74 F. The cost to keep the house at 68 F would be outrageous and not environmentally sound. I wonder where that study was taken. Not anywhere where that temp is not attainable easily!
