I have bookshelves galore that stretch from the floor
almost up to the ceiling,
some not so tall and others quite small,
and I’m telling you this with some feeling
just so you know what vexes me so;
whenever I look for a particular book,
where do I find it?
The last place I look!

My library… the sleves I possess I’ve tried to sort only by category – for example the two in the dining area: one is for cookbooks and the other launguage and reference. In other rooms some are just for childrens books others mysteries… but my thinking is you can never have too many books! I think I shall probably be the last person to by an electronic ‘reader’.

I try to have some sort of system but then there is always one or two that are too big for that particular shelf and have to go elsewhere!

Me too! But I’m really reluctant to turn to Kindle… I like the feel of a book in my hands!

Lovely. This made me smile. I can never find specific books either but there’s no way I’m about to catalogue them into alphabetical order. Life’s too short for that.
