Play the Game

Depression and frustration - 
my hand won't play the game.
Exercises to build up strength hurt,
but no gain without pain!

The plaster may be off but my wrist is still weak and feeble and doesn’t move too well. I do the exercises three times a day and I have to say it hurts, but I keep doing them as it is the only way to get a functioning wrist again. Early days yet, grit my teeth and get on with it.

Strain

Editing done, now I can rest
repetitive strain round my thumb and wrist.
Too long computing, I’ll stop for today,
sit down and rest, let the pain fade away.
