Depression and frustration - 
my hand won't play the game.
Exercises to build up strength hurt,
but no gain without pain!

The plaster may be off but my wrist is still weak and feeble and doesn’t move too well. I do the exercises three times a day and I have to say it hurts, but I keep doing them as it is the only way to get a functioning wrist again. Early days yet, grit my teeth and get on with it.

    Yes… do them even when it pains you. I had an issue awhile back where I had to get PT three times a week for 6 weeks. I thought it seemed like forever. But I seem to be mended now. 🙂 You will too!! 💕

    Yes my beggared elbow left me with many visits to the physioterrorist.
