My apologies; the photo is a little out of focus as I had to zoom in quite a long way. I didn’t want to risk going any closer as there were foals with them and I might have upset them or driven them away.

Amazing to have them so close you…even at the distance you were…so you could take a photo! I’m impressed! We have deer come around where I now live and like yourself, I have difficulty getting close enough to take a clear photo but I try nonetheless. One day I’ll just happen to be in the right spot and it will happen. This photo is wonderful. Thanks for sharing.

I blew the photo up and can see one foal nursing and the other standing close to it’s mum. Again, wonderful!

Yes, amazing. We did get closer to another group but of course I didn’t have the camera readily to hand that time! The first morning we were there a group passed closely by our motorhome very early in the morning – again I was not out of bed quick enough and by the time I was ready they had moved on too far.
