Oh… they are early – perhaps just right on time for you. I though I might have seen some Daff spears last week, but they are covered by about 9-12 inches of snow right now 💐

Yes they are early – but may be an early variety. Where I saw them, on a country lane while out on a bike ride, they do have an open view directly to the south so have been able to catch any sunshine we have had recently. 🙂

Wow. I bet the early stretch by the Chorley motorway junction are on their way then. They are usually early.

I think it depends on where they are (see my reply to Jules). We have a few spears poking through but no flowers yet! 🙂
