How did that get there?

    A buried bulb will find always find a way to the surface.
    That is the powerful force of nature. Any little animal could have dragged the bulb there for future eats and forgot about it.

    lovely image – pure flower amongst hard stone… (I found my snowdrops by the way – they finally emerged, in the usual place, just late this year!)
