Stop Out

All night and most of the day
she stayed away.
I fretted and worried,
I called her name,
she never came.
Now in the mid-afternoon,
she is here.
It’s quite clear
she wonders why all the fuss.
She cleans her bowl, herself,
and falls asleep
in her favourite chair.

    Sounds like a cat…

๐Ÿ™‚ I was worried as she never usually disappears for so long. She is no longer young, with poor vision in one eye and I feared what might have happened to her!
