Bling

Everywhere I look now
the trees are nearly bare.
Like so much dross, Autumn
has chosen to fling aside
her golden bling.

    This is lovely and made me smile, as on the way back home from a physio session I was just looking at the trees and thinking how bare they seem to have become suddenly, and then I read this lovely poem! 😊
