Longest Day

On the longest day
so much to do, back-breaking
work in the garden.

We are having a conservatory built right where we have a shrubbery so I am having to clear a long neglected area of the garden in order to move some of the shrubs. I want to save as many as possible. Some will have to be put into pots and maybe planted alongside the new conservatory later!

Sounds like you have a good plan. We’ve a hedge we’ve let grow way too high. But can’t trim as it has a birds nest in it. And it has also gotten rather thick. One thing at a time.
