I saw one photo of the Thames filled with a variety of vessels. Was the Queen on any of them or did she just watch? It is interesting how even in the States – there is a following of everything Royal. But it is hard to trust the validity of much especially all the ‘gossip’ papers. All of their ‘facts’ are mostly fiction. And yet these papers have believers. Some folks still believe Elvis Presley is alive!

Yes Jules, the Queen and most of the royal family was on a big barge. She watched from the moored barge as the first half of the flotilla went past then her barge joined in to go upriver and at the end moored up to watch the second half float past. Like everyone else, they got wet! As for Elvis – you mean he really is dead?!! At least it stayed fine for last night’s concert outside Buckingham Palace, although unfortunately Prince Philip wasn’t there as he took ill after getting wet on the Thames.
